Medallion Hardware Basics

  • Turn On & Off

    To turn on and off the medallion, long press (2s) the button located at the bottom of the medallion.

  • Wake Up Screen

    The medallion’s screen automatically goes to sleep after one hour. Short press (0.5s) to wake it up.

  • Bluetooth Activation

    Short press the button twice to enable Bluetooth. Repeat the same action to go back to the main screen.

  • Brightness Level

    There are 5 levels of brightness available. Short press to turn the brightness up and down.

  • Battery Level

    Swipe up or down across 2/3 of the screen to view your battery level. This is designed to avoid unintended triggering when users don't mean to check their battery level. Swipe again to go back to the main screen.

How to Charge your Medallion

A fully charged medallion lasts 8-10 hours, with battery life varying based on usage. To charge, simply plug the cable into a USB-A power source such as a computer or UL-certified wall charger, then place the medallion on the charging case where it will magnetically attach and begin charging.

Charging Tips
  • For optimal charging performance, use a power source that is rated for at least 5V/1A.
  • Full charge takes about 2 hours. It will stop automatically when full capacity is reached.
  • Check the battery level before you head out!

Precautions
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in fire, electric shock, injury, or damage to the device or other property. Read the safety information below before using the device.
– Handling
The device contains sensitive electronic components and can be damaged if dropped, burned, punctured, or crushed. The device cases made of tempered glass may chip or crack if dropped or subjected to forceful impact.
– Repairing
Don’t open the device and don’t attempt to repair the device yourself. Disassembling the device may damage it, result in loss of water resistance, and may cause injury to you.
– Battery
Don’t attempt to replace the device battery yourself—you may damage the battery, which could cause overheating and injury.
– Charging
Only charge the device with the magnetic charging accessory provided. It is important to keep the device, the magnetic charging accessory, and the power adapter in a well-ventilated area when in use or charging.
– Prolonged heat exposure
Take special care if you have a physical condition that affects your ability to detect heat against the body. Remove the device if it becomes uncomfortably warm.
– Water resistance
Tokenshow has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM. It can be worn in the swimming pool, or while swimming near the shore. It cannot be used, however, in hot showers, saunas, or diving.

Disposal and Recycling Information
The symbol above means that according to local laws and regulations your product and/or its battery shall be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life, take it to a collection point designated by local authorities. The separate collection and recycling of your product and/or its battery at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment.

Warranty Policy
The device warranty is guaranteed up to one year after purchase. This warranty includes performance failures such as the display not working, inability to sync Tokenshow with your device, touch screen malfunction, and inability to recharge the device. We will replace your device for any of the reasons above after your device has been sent back to us and tested by our after-sales service.
