After launching the Tokenshow app and reaching the Welcome page, tap the “Pair Device” button. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and hold it close to the medallion. The app will scan for your Tokenshow medallion. Once it appears on the list, tap “Pair.” Your medallion will be connected and ready for use upon successful pairing. Please note that this is a one-time action and that a medallion can only be paired with one account at the time.

Yes, your medallion is linked to your account, allowing you to switch between phones seamlessly. Your medallion however can only be paired with one account at the time.

About Image Display & Galleries

Ensure your medallion is turned on and Bluetooth is connected. If the issue persists, try unpairing and re-pairing your medallion, or restarting it. Also, check if you have the latest software and app versions installed.

If your medallion isn’t appearing on the Bluetooth list, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the medallion is powered on. Double-click the button on the medallion to make its Bluetooth serial number appear in the app’s list. If issues continue, try restarting both your medallion and app.

The AMOLED screen on our current Tokenshow model supports only still images. In the next version, we will introduce support for GIFs.

You can display any images from the Essentials and Picks galleries. However, a subscription is required to upload and display your own images.

About the Medallion

Swipe up or down across 2/3 of the screen to view the battery level. Repeat the action to return to the main screen.

A fully charged medallion lasts 8–10 hours. Battery life and charge cycles vary with use. The medallion takes about 2 hours to fully charge and stops charging automatically once at full capacity.

We recommend using the charger provided with your medallion to ensure optimal performance and safety. Our charger is specifically designed for your medallion’s power requirements and charging protocols.

First, place the medallion on the charger for at least 5 minutes to ensure it is charging. If the battery symbol appears, it means the medallion was out of battery. If the symbol doesn’t appear, there may be a hardware issue. Contact our support team for further troubleshooting.

Our warranty covers performance failures such as display issues, syncing problems, touchscreen malfunctions, and charging failures for up to 1 year after purchase. We will replace your medallion if it is found defective after being returned and tested by our after-sales service.

About Security

Others cannot pair with your medallion once it is linked to your account. Bluetooth pairing requires physical proximity, so even if the medallion is unpaired, someone would need to have it in hand to attempt pairing.

You can remotely unpair your lost medallion from your account via the app settings. Even if someone has the medallion, they cannot access your information or use it without the activation code.
